A total of 669 mCRC samples have been analyzed.

53 mCRC samples failed QC for NGS assessment and 14 samples failed a valid sequencing result and have been analyzed with Idylla KRAS cartridge. No further analysis was conducted for the 17 invalid results and the 22 samples with a KRAS mutation. 28 wild-type KRAS samples have been analyzed with Idylla NRAS-BRAF mutation test.
