Single headed arrows show that work role performance is directly impacted by seven variables: clinical procedures and tools, clinical approaches, proportion of mental health service (MHS) high users, proportion of users with personality disorders (UPDs), seniority in the team, interactions with other MHS, and specialized care settings. Double headed arrows show covariances between some variables, notably interactions and seniority, integration strategies and clinical procedures and tools.
