Frequencies and odds ratio for different degrees of myopia as a diagnostic criterion for Marfan syndrome.

Odds ratios (OR) are adjusted for gender and age. 95% CI = 95% confidence interval. If only one eye of a patient fulfilled the criterion, the patient was included in the respective category. Aphakic, pseudophakic and eyes with a history of retinal detachment repair were excluded. (D = diopters).
