Ultrasound elastography image obtained from the liver of a 6-year-old girl.
The circular region of interest was placed on the color-coded map of homogeneous liver parenchyma at a location that avoided vessels and bile ducts in the right lobe. The child was in the supine position with free breathing status. Mean values were simultaneously provided for both units of elasticity and velocity as 6.8 kPa and 1.5 m/sec.
