The branch of Leptodiaptomus cf. sicilis comprises individuals from Atexcac, La Preciosa, El Carmen and Quechulac lakes (Oriental Basin) and is compared to congeneric species using K2P genetic distances. Mastigodiaptomus albuquerquensis was used as outgroup species. Numbers over branches indicate percent bootstrap support (1000 replicates).
