Area under the curve is 0.77 (95% CI 0.65–0.90, p<0.001). The arrows indicate selected cut-off concentrations of BNP. BNP concentration of 100 pg/ml correspond to a sensitivity 38% of and a specificity of 92% and BNP concentration of 30 pg/ml corresponds to a sensitivity 81% of and a specificity of 62%.

Area under the curve is 0.67 (CI 0.53–0.81, p = 0.008). The arrows indicate selected cut-off concentrations for LVEF. A LVEF of 50% correspond to a sensitivity of 48% and a specificity of 91%. The diagnostic performance of LVEF at 45% and 55% showed a sensitivity of 38% and 45% and specificity of 97% and 78%, respectively.
