As highlighted by the red circles, in the comparisons a) and c) the FA of the whole CC resulted significantly reduced in AD and aMCI with respect to HC. In case b), instead, FA results significantly reduced in AD compared to aMCI only in the frontal CC regions (CC1–CC2–CC3).
