Dynamic course of insulin (D) and blood glucose (E) are given for carriers of the risk allele and wild types as indicated. The effects determined by oral glucose tolerance test were evaluated using generalized linear regression models applying the additive model of inheritance as indicated. The analysis was adjusted for age, sex and pubertal stage. Data are shown as mean±SEM.
