The Y-axis shows the ability of ILs to correctly detect TBI patients, and the X-axis represents the proportion of healthy individuals wrongly classified as TBI. The higher AUC value of IL-18 (0.78) than that of IL-1β (0.72) demonstrates its better diagnostic power as a biomarker.
