The 21 knees are arranged in descending order of cartilage thickness in the PMF region. The red frame indicates cases in which the automatic ROI setting was inappropriate, so another ROI was copied. The blue frame indicates cases in which the automatic ROI settings for two areas were inappropriate, so one was set manually and the other was copied from it.
