Mean cell death of BNIP3 wild-type (WT) and knockout (KO) Murine Embryonic Fibroblast (MEF) cells treated with hydrogen peroxide over a range of concentrations (10–1000 microM) for 24 hours. Total cell death was measured by flow cytometry with trypan blue staining. Bars represent standard error of three independent experiments.
