ANOVA was applied across groups with post-hoc Bonferroni test for comparison of treatments (10, 20 and 50 ng/mL IL-17F) with 16.7mM glucose (control). Cells were incubated for 20 h with 10, 20 and 50 ng/mL IL-17F, and stimulated with 16.7 mM glucose to determine insulin secretion. Overall p = 0.000041. *p = 0.043 where treatment with 10 ng/mL IL-17F is significantly increased in comparison to control of 16.7mM glucose.
