The chromosomal position of each gene was mapped according to the B. distachyon genome. The chromosome number is indicated at the top of each chromosome. The scale is 5 Mb. Genes are marked on the left and right hand side of each chromosome based on their orientation. Genes belonging to different groups of pollen allergens are indicated by the use of different colours as shown at the bottom of the figure.
