Cells are color-coded by Jaccard similarity index (in dark-red: high level of similarity, in light-yellow: low level of similarity). The index was calculated by comparing DE genes that had any Reactome annotation with genes in a certain Reactome pathway. Pathways were clustered based on the Jaccard distance between binary enrichment patterns across conditions.
