HEK293 cells stably expressing the Pdcd4 stability reporter Pdcd4(39–91)luc were incubated for 8 h with TPA [10 nM] in combination with increasing concentrations (0.1–30 μM) of compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Pdcd4 stabilizing activity was determined relative to Δ(RLUDMSO–RLUTPA). Data are presented as means ± SEM of at least 3 independent experiments (* p<0.05, ** p<0.01, *** p<0.01).
