The ReNE data flow. KEGG, Reactome or custom pathways are retrieved and merged obtaining a merged network.
The merged network is enhanced with information retrieved from multiple public repositories (i.e., miRIAD, TargetMine, miRanda, NCBI, UniProt, TargetHUB, PicTar, miRTarBase, TargetScan, miRBase). After the integration of all the new information, the resulting Enhanced Network is eventually provided.
