Expression levels of miR-150 and miR-155 in T lymphocytes by using the TSLP and USLP.
Expression of miR-150 was decreased nearly 10-fold with prolonged incubation time (incubated at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h). Meanwhile, the expression of miR-155 was increased more than 7-fold with prolonged incubation time. The results of the TSLP and USLP methods were basically consistent in the expression of miR-150 and miR-155. *P<0.05, **P<0.01 and ***P<0.001 vs 0 h; #P<0.05, ##P<0.01 and ###P<0.001 vs control group.
