Amyloid-β peptide 25–35 (Aβ_25–35) inhibits the growth of SH-SY5Y cells.

Cell viability was examined by MTT assay in SH-SY5Y cells. Cells were treated with various doses of Aβ_25–35 for 24 h (A) and 10 µM Aβ_25–35 for various times (B).
