HPSE induces gene expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
Expression of IL-8, TNF, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-12p35 mRNA by RT-PCR in PBMCs incubated in the presence or absence of 10 µg/ml HPSE for 4, 12 or 24 h.
