Quantitative RT-PCRs were performed on cDNA from gastrocnemius muscle, diaphragm, soleus muscle, heart, white and brown adipose tissue (n = 3–5). Gene expression in WT mice was set at 1.0 for each individual tissue. UD = Undetectable.
