(A) Paraffin-embedded (4.0 µm) sections from benign and prostate cancer of various Gleason scores were used for SATB1 expression by immunohistochemistry. A strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in Gleason score 3+3, whereas increased nuclear SATB1 staining was observed in high-grade cancer (Gleason score 3+4 and 4+5, respectively).
