Dominating DODAB bilayer structures in water at 1°C and representative heating/cooling thermograms for each structure at 1, 5, and 80 mM. On the thermograms, “#” identifies the endotherm and exotherm related to the MLSs. The remaining peaks are related to the ULVs. The horizontal arrows indicate heating or cooling scans.
