Set point indicates untreated bacteria, and 0 minutes was defined as the time of the first sample collection, which was immediately after mixing bacteria and Kn2-7 or BmKn2. The other samples were collected at 5 min, 15 min, 30 min or 60 min. All of the counts were the average of three dishes, and the experiment was repeated at least three times.
