Test 6: Toro test 2 converging.

A modified “converging” version of Toro’s test problem 2, with initial conditions (ρ_l, u_l, p_l) = (1.0, 3.0, 0.4) and (ρ_r, u_r, p_r) = (1.0, −3.0, 0.4), with maximum error metric (Δ_{max ρ}, Δ_{max u}, Δ_{max p}) = (5.0e-4, 5.0e-4, 5.0e-4), at time t = 1.1. This is a test of symmetry and momentum conservation, to make sure that two colliding cells will pile up into one stationary mass with sharp edges.
