Erratum – from the author

There is a typography error that appears in the published article.
These do not affect the results, discussion or any other elements of the article.
In figure 1(C)and 1(D), the description of the Impediments and No Impediments were reversed. The percentage reduction in mortality due to natural mortality (Figure 1(C)) and disease (Figure 1(D)) should be higher in the presence of No Impediments similar to Figure 1(A) and 1(B).
