I noticed three typos in the production:

(1) In Table 1, the last row of the right column, it should be:
B-A: π∧θ => ¬ (ξ∧ψ)∧¬ψ.
But in the production, it becomes:
B-A: π∧θ => ¬ ξ∧ψ∧¬ψ,
where the parenthesis is missing.

(2) In Equation C4, all the upper case letter Ψ should be lower case ψ.

(3) In page 12/23, the subtitle should be:
The exogenous and endogenous systems Ω+ and Ω-.
But in the production, the subscript in the Ω- is missing.
