Plasmid-SafeTM ATP-Dependent DNase should be 2 ul/100 ul of Plasmid-SafeTM ATP-Dependent DNase; (x) add Plasmid-SafeTM ATP-Dependent DNase (1 u/100 ul) should be add Plasmid-SafeTM ATP-Dependent DNase (1 ul/100 ul)
