Your report reflect the results I've observed with two fitbit Charge 2's I've owned Jan-Mar 2018. The heart rate can be off by 10 bpm when sedentary, and I've had it reading 30 bpm too low during exercise; as well as reading 20 bpm too high during exercise. (I compare it with manual carotid artery measurements, usually around 140 bpm, so I have no doubt of my manual rate). Hopefully fitbit can improve their algorithms!
