After calculation, the data provided by the experiment does not agree with the results. I assume the result was fabricated.

Dear lisan3265
Thank you for interest this paper. We directly use the research results of Xunan T(Ref 54: Xunan T. Signal Timing Optimization of Urban Street Intersection Based on Reducing Vehicle Pollutant Emissions. Beijing: Beijing Jiaotong University; 2014.) about the relationship between VSP and the emissions rate, as shown in Table 1 of this paper. Based on the research results, we attempts to formulate the derivation of the total traffic emission and the relationship between delay and emissions. As to verify the method described in this paper, we input the real traffic flow data into VISSIM, which is the famous microscopic traffic simulation software(wikipedia : https://en.wikipedia.org/...). The simulator will directly or indirectly offer traffic performance indices(such as delay, stops, queue and emissions) to evaluate the traffic control or organization efficiency.
We are pleasure your doubting about the data or any other points of this paper, it will help us reconginze the weak points of this paper and improve the ability of paper writing.
Thank you and Happy New Year!
