G. lucidum mycelium

It would be interesting to isolate proteins from mycelium grown on basswood medium bags instead of potato dextrose agar plate. Allowing the mycelium to grow to the primordial stage may yield interesting proteins. It will also allow the comparison with the 60- and 90-days fruiting bodies with better control.
