Error in description of study design in Table 1 for Beer et al. (2017) and Dart et al. (2017).

In Table 1, we stated for the Beer et al. (2017) and Dart et al. (2017) studies "Note: Mask-on only during 100% O2"; however, this is incorrect as the masks were worn for the full duration of the hypoxia and recovery profile.
