A poster ("italic" Advances in HPS Technology), presented at a recent professional meeting on controlled environments, supplements the data in this article. It discusses the difference in spectral output of mogul-base and DE-HPS lamps, the efficiency of variable wattage ballasts, and the significantly different photon distribution of Gavita and ePapillion fixtures.
