Residency program directors to be prepared for Virtual Interviews

This is one of the most comprehensive articles thta I have seen on the topic of Virtual interview for the residency in the USA. Although it seems that Virtual interview is not very in favor of the applicants but COVID-19 pandemic has shifted everything including the residency application. Residency programs need to be equipped and have a protocol to be prepared facing the unexpeceted difficulties during this new way of resident selection. We need more broad studies like this to know the perception of the residency program directors as well.
