The imaging does not seems really 3D

Figure 5 shows the z-stack acquisition of lipid drops in adipocyte at day 15. The diameter of the single drops ranges from 5 to 15 micrometer or more but looking the 16 frames describing the volume sliced at 1 micron (value declared by authors), you are able to see the small drops (5um-diameter) at least in 10 slices. The 3D reconstruction is consequently elongated in Z in a quite clear manner.
In this perspective, the term "three-dimensional" in the TITLE is excessive since the authors were able to measure the area of the lipid drops but probably would not be able to measure their volume.
