There is a mistake in the formula (on the page 13) because of two points on a constant.

The correct formula should be as follows:
Y_"TNC"=6.272-0.912λ_{992 nm}-1.251λ_{756 nm}-1.248λ_{749 nm}-1.345λ_{918 nm}-1.362λ_{909 nm}-1.333λ_{921 nm}-1.255λ_{758 nm}-1.356λ_{912 nm}
There is a minus sign missed in this formula.
