HM is Harmaline

As far as I can see, 7-methoxy-1-methyl-4,9-dihydro-3H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole, the compound referred to as HM through the manuscript actually is harmaline, a psychoactive drug (a MAO inhibitor). Please indicate if there is any actual chemical differences between the compound referred to as HM through the manuscript and the previously known harmaline.
