Typographical error - Prof Karl Kuchler

There is a typographical error in the spelling of Prof Karl Kuchler’s surname in the Materials and Methods section “Micro-organism strains and growth conditions”. The spelling is correct in the Acknowledgements and in the References (reference 24). Apologies for this error.
