correction to extracellular ACSF description

1.5 mM calcium cholride was ONLY used in the bic. electrode injection experiments (as shown in Figs. 5-7) . For the calcium imaging, BIC and BIC+MK801 recordings, 2.0 mM calcium chloride was used in the ACSF. My apologies for this oversight.
