closeRequest for correction of antibody catalog numbers in Materials and Methods section
Posted by jvelden on 19 Oct 2018 at 10:54 GMT
Dear Authors,
reading the paragraph "Immunohistochemistry of Collagen I, III, and IV" of your article, I found that the same catalog number is give for all 3 different antibodies:
"...collagen I (ab34710, Abcam, Cambridge, MA) at a dilution of 1:250, collagen III
(ab34710, Abcam, Cambridge, MA) at a dilution of 1:600, or collagen IV (ab34710,...)"
Could you please amend this by indicating the correct ab numbers? - Thank you very much in advance.
Kind regards,
Joachim Velden

Dear Joachim,
Thanks for pointing out this error. Here is the correct information for all three collagen antibodies used for the IHC: Collagen I: ab34710; Collagen III: ab7778; Collagen IV: ab6586. Thanks again and sorry for the confusion.
Best,
