Read carefully- not straightforward Fst here

Mean FST value of genes with and without interspecific evidence of positive selection.

As the authors note in the text, these Fst values are from "considering FST of a gene the maximum FST value in the gene region". This is important in that these high Fst values are not directly comparable to other Fst values genomewide, such at the often-cited 12.5% figure across human populations.
