It would be great if the sequence data and the raw reads were deposited in public sequence repositories like EMBL/GenBank (for the genome and transcript assemblies) and ERA/SRA (for the raw reads) so they are archived and compared to other sequence data more easily.

Thanks for your comment. Note that the raw reads are in SRA, Accession numbers are in the Results.
I will add the transcriptome contigs to GenBank/TSA, and add accession to this thread once released.
