Please note: small typographical error in Materials and Methods Section

Shortly after publication, we noted a small typographical error in the first sentence on line 5 of the Methods section labeled "Design and Interventions" on page 3 where the dosage of atazanavir is stated as 600 mg but should have stated 400 mg when it is used without ritonavir with the fixed dose combination of abacavir and lamivudine. The atazanavir dosage is correctly given in the protocol, which is available as supplementary material. The process to add an addendum to the manuscript is underway but we wanted to ensure awareness in the interim.
