closeValidation of new taxa?

Patrick, the date for valid electronic publication of new taxa in the new Code was 1 Jan 2012, so you were a few weeks early. Did you validate these new species anywhere else? If not, you should probably do it in Index Fungorum.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for your comment. In order to validly publish the new species described here under Article 29 of the previous Code, we sent copies of the print-only edition of this article on the date of publication to the following institutions: BPI, CBS, CUP, DAOM, HMAS, IMI, IRAN, NY, SFSU, TNS, UBC, and UC. The procedure is described in more detail in the Nomenclature section of this article. Proof of receipt of the article by CBS, BPI and UBC is provided here: https://picasaweb.google.....
Also, all new species have MycoBank numbers that are listed in the article, and the new species are also in Index Fungorum.
Please let us know if there are further steps we should take.
Thank you.
Patrik
