Rock-inhibitor concentration correction

In the Materials and Methods section (subsections PSC Culture, and also EB Formation by Spinning), the concentration of Rock-inhibitor (Y27632) used was erroneously given as 1mM. That is the stock concentration; the final concentration in the medium should read 10µM.
