This is a great study, which successfully determined the novel function of Piwi in somatic cells and germ cells of the Drosophila ovary. It was very innovative and had significant impact for the further study. The conclusion was strongly supported by the results. The image is very beautiful. This study would eventually lead to the further study, which would investigate the roles of Piwi in development, adult, aging, and disease. I found this paper very nice.
