Our analysis mis-coded the facility type from Egypt's DHS. What we report (in the scatterplot graphs and in the text) as Egypt's very high (45+%) rate of deliveries and pediatric treatments in Faith Based Organizations is, in fact, a high rate of deliveries and treatments in private for-profit, clinics and hospitals. Egypt has a very low rate of FBO use. We apologize for this error.
