closeAny 'meat industry interests'?

A finding like this fits well with the 'meat' industry. I miss information on funding and possible support from the meat industry. The Eureka alert for this publication states "Funding: The authors received no specific funding for this work." but this does not reassure me yet. I would like more text and explanation on any interests involved here, or not. I would like to not accuse the authors of the study of anything, and also correctly protect them from others who would do so, if unjustly.

As far as I know, none of the authors have received any funding or support from the meat industry. I am the lead author and I certainly have not received any such funding or support and have no financial interest in the meat industry.
