The files related to our Irx1/2 paper have been uploaded to NLM-SRA. Study number PRJNA303053.

These data cover the 2.1Mb region of interest from the six Araucana birds that we used to identify Irx1 and Irx2 as the genes responsible for the rumpless phenotype.
