Transcription error

Please note there is a transcription error in the bubble volume estimates labelled in Fig. 2.

The 1 mm diameter bubble has a volume of V=524 nL
The 0.5 mm bubble has a volume of V=65.4 nL

Other volume estimates in the paper are correct. The results and conclusions are unaffected.
