Is Antigen presentation via exosome for Mtb an alternative mechanism in vivo?

It's a good strategy for Mtb vaccine design. But I am wondering what's the real situation in vivo, when and how much are exosomes formed or secreted after infection with Tb? What the result will be If you separate the exosomes from macrophages from the Mtb-infected animal, not make exosomes from in-vitro-infected macrophages?
